Terms & Conditions

Hamdan works as a freelance graphic designer providing poster design, brand identity, social creatives, thumbnails and related commissioned work. Every project is confirmed in writing (email or direct message) before work begins.

• All work is paid work. Quotes are based on the brief you provide.
• A deposit may be required before work starts; the balance is due before final files are released.
• Watermarked or low-resolution previews are supplied for approval.
• Rush delivery and out-of-scope additions may be charged separately.
• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Changes beyond that scope, or a change of direction after approval, will be quoted as additional work.

You agree to supply a clear brief plus any logos, photography, fonts, copy and colour references needed. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every asset you send me, and that the content is lawful.

On full payment, you receive the rights to use the final delivered artwork for the purpose agreed. Working files, unused concepts and source assets remain mine unless separately agreed in writing.

Unless you ask otherwise, I may display completed work in my portfolio and on social media.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on you supplying assets and feedback promptly. Delays in feedback move the delivery date accordingly.

Either side may cancel a project in writing. You remain responsible for payment covering work completed up to the cancellation date.

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fee paid for that project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or missed campaign dates.
