Information you give me. When you submit the contact form I receive your name, email address, subject and message. If you email or message me on Instagram, I receive whatever you choose to send, including project briefs and brand assets.

Technical information. Like most websites, basic technical data (browser type, device, approximate region, pages visited) may be logged by the hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

I do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data or information from children under 13.

Your information is processed on the basis of your consent (when you contact me), the performance of a contract (when you commission work), and my legitimate interest in running a small design practice securely.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and, where a project goes ahead, for as long as required for accounting and portfolio records. You can ask me to delete your enquiry at any time.

This site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is handled with reasonable care. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential or financial details through the contact form.
